How is technology “rooted in place” ? How do “defense spending, land use policies, highway construction and suburbanization” intertwine ? Imaginons pouvoir écouter de la musique en ligne (en streaming), pouvoir la télécharger au format souhaité et avec la qualité requise (mieux donc que du MP3 courant) et avoir le droit de profiter d’un vrai choix.
